How it works?
Once you place your order through AppsKnack website by confirming the payment, the next step is that AppsKnack will setup a CMS System from where you can customize the look and feel of your app as well as add content in the app. After the CMS Setup, we will ask you for your App Store Developer Account so that we can create the mobile app using your credentials and send the app to you for testing once we get your iPhone UDID. Once you are through with content entry and ready for app submission to app store, we go ahead and submit your app in the app store on your behalf.
How do I register for an Apple Developer Account?
You can register for iOS Apple Developer Account by visiting the url http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ Apple will charge around $99/year as part of their iOS developer program.
How long does it take to setup my mobile app?
It takes around 1-2 week after the receipt of your payment and app store credentials to create the iPhone app and setup the app content management system from where you can customize and manage your app content.
How can I update my mobile app?
Appsknack has a very user-friendly CMS (content management system) using which you can add / update / delete content of your mobile app.
Will I be able to see and test my app before submitting to app store?
We will request you to provide your apple developer account as well as your iPhone UDID using which we will create a test app bundle which you can install in your iPhone and see how the app will look like. We will send the bundle only once for your testing and then we will deploy the app on iTunes once you give us the approval to submit it in App store.
Will I be allowed to install the app in more than one iPhone device to test and review before submitting to the app store?
You will not be allowed to test on multiple iPhone devices. We will provide support for only one iPhone device to install and test the app before deployment on app store. You will have to provide UDID number of the device which will be used for app installation and testing.
Can I manage my mobile app after the app goes LIVE?
Yes…absolutely. Through our content management system, you can manage the app content and the changes will be reflected immediately.
Where will the code reside?
We will be providing a hosted solution whereby the content management system will be hosted on our server while the mobile application code will be uploaded to the respective mobile stores.
Will I get access to source code?
Since it is a hosted solution, the access to source code won’t be provided. The copyright of the source code, images, icon, etc… used for app design, development and management will be of AppsKnack.com.
What if I need technical support?
Our system is so user friendly that you won’t need technical support for app management. However you may feel free to contact our support department at for any technical queries.
What customization will be available in my mobile app?
You will be able to upload your own ‘Welcome’ / ‘Splash’ Screen as well as background image of the app. You will also be able to upload your own company logo so that the app carries your company branding. You will also be able to choose color theme of the buttons to match with your logo and Welcome screen.

AppsKnack comes with certain pre-installed features like Info, News, Events, Photo Gallery, Video Gallery, Twitter integration, Facebook Integration, XML blog feed integration, Contact, Email. You can manage the content all these sections through CMS.
What if I want to upgrade my app?
Depending on the efforts required to upgrade your app, a separate fee will be charged to you. You will be informed about the charge in advance and only after your approval and payment confirmation, we will upgrade your app.
What if my app gets rejected?
We believe Apps created for you carry value for your target audience and as such there is less probability of getting your app rejected. However in case if it gets rejected, we will refund your money.

What if I want iPad and Blackberry app as well?
We are soon planning to add other devices in our plan for which you will be intimated for your future development plans.
What is the refund policy?
AppsKnack.com charges monthly or annually on subscription basis along with one time account setup fee for its services. No refund request will be processed irrespective of the type of billing plan.
What are the benefits of becoming an Appsknack reseller?
Appsknack provides very affordable mobile app development services. As such if you have an existing customer base that is looking to take the advantage of the mobile revolution, you can become the reseller of Appsknack and earn 30% commission on every order. What is the payout schedule for Appsknack reseller?
The payment to the resellers will be released after 8 weeks from the app deployment time on app store and that the commission amount eligible for release reaches $500.
Being a reseller, how do I promote Appsknack?
Appsknack will provide you a widget code that you can upload on your website where you get good traffic. Your clients who are interested in mobile app can click the Appsknack widget banner to order the app. You hardly have to go anywhere to promote the Appsknack mobile apps services.
